These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase, access, and participation in any course, programme, or service delivered by FitPro Education (“FitPro Education”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By enrolling in any FitPro Education course or programme you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions and Interpretation

1.1 The following definitions apply:

• “Learner”, “you”, “your” means the individual enrolling on or accessing any FitPro Education course, programme or service.

• "Course” means any educational programme, qualification, mentorship or digital product provided by FitPro Education.

• “Awarding Organisation” means the Course awarding body.

• “Website” means www.fitproeducation.org or any other website we operate.

1.2 Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Course Delivery and Access

2.1 Upon enrolment and receipt of initial payment, you will be granted access to the elements of the Course purchased, which include:

• Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training Diploma (Ofqual regulated and CIMSPA recognised) awarded by Focus Awards

• Online Coaching Accelerator

• Weekly group support calls

• WhatsApp and email support

• Fitness Business Starter Kit and digital resources

2.2 Unless otherwise stated, you will have access to mentorship and structured support for a period of twelve (12) months from the enrolment date.

2.3 We may update or amend Course content to reflect changes in best practice, industry standards or Awarding Organisation requirements.

3. Qualification Requirements and Deadlines

3.1 The qualification is awarded by Focus Awards. To be eligible for certification you must complete all required written assessments, workbooks, practical assessment video and mandatory units.

3.2 Two-Year Completion Window

3.2.1 You must complete all required assessments and submissions within two (2) years of initial enrolment.

3.2.2 Learners who do not complete within this timeframe must pay a £250 re-registration fee to continue and receive certification.

3.2.3 Re-registration may require updated assessments in line with current standards.

3.2.4 Booklets submitted after the 2 year deadline may not be processed within standard certification timeframes and may cause delays.

3.2.5 A fee may be charged per booklet submitted after the final deadline

4. Study Timeframes and Qualification Processing

4.1 Many learners complete the course content in approximately ten (10) weeks with around eight (8) hours per week of study. This timeframe is a guideline only and not a guarantee.

4.2 Final certification is issued only after:

• all assessments are completed and deemed competent

• internal quality assurance checks are complete

• the Awarding Organisation has processed and issued certification

• all course payments have been made in full and there is no outstanding amounts

4.3 We do not guarantee qualification within a specific timeframe.

5. Pricing, Payments and Payment Plans

5.1 Course fees are as advertised at the time of purchase.

5.2 Fees may be paid in full or via a payment plan, where available.

5.3 Payment Plan Commitment

5.3.1 By choosing a payment plan you agree to pay all instalments in full. Payment plans are a commitment to the entire Course fee and not a subscription that may be cancelled at will.

5.3.2 Changes in circumstance or non-completion do not relieve you of payment obligations.

5.4 Failed or Late Payments

5.4.1 If a payment fails, we may:

• pause access to Course materials and mentorship

• withhold assessment marking and certification

5.4.2 Repeated failed payments may be referred to a debt recovery service.

6. Fourteen-Day Money Back Guarantee

6.1 We offer a fourteen (14) day money back guarantee from the date of enrolment.

6.2 To request a refund under this guarantee you must:

• email [email protected] within 14 days, all refund requests must be in writing via email

6.3 Once a refund is approved, all access to Course materials and support will be revoked.

7. No Refunds After Fourteen Days

7.1 After the 14-day guarantee period all fees become non-refundable.

7.2 No refunds will be provided for:

• change of mind

• financial difficulties

• lack of time, loss of motivation or non-use of the Course

• failure to complete the Course

• change in personal circumstances

7.3 This applies to full payments and payment plans.

8. Chargeback Protection

8.1 By enrolling you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital educational services and accessing protected learning materials.

8.2 You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after the 14-day guarantee period.

8.3 If a chargeback is initiated outside the guarantee period, we may:

• provide evidence of access logs, downloads and participation

• revoke all access to Course content and support

• pursue recovery of outstanding balances, chargeback fees and related costs

• refer the matter to debt recovery or take legal action

8.4 Chargebacks initiated in bad faith constitute a breach of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All Course content is owned by FitPro Education or licensed to us.

9.2 You may use the materials for personal study and your own coaching business.

9.3 You may not copy, share, distribute, resell or publish any Course materials.

10. Mentorship and Support

10.1 Mentorship is provided through:

• group coaching calls

• WhatsApp groups and mentor access

• email support

• pre-recorded modules

10.2 Support is group-based and does not include exclusive one-to-one coaching unless specifically stated.

10.3 We do not guarantee specific response times

11. Liability and Disclaimer

11.1 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11.2 FitPro Education is not liable for:

• injuries arising from exercise or practical assessments

• business results, earnings or client acquisition

• delays caused by awarding bodies

• loss of income or opportunities

11.3 You are responsible for ensuring safe training practices and compliance with local laws.
